    Bad things often happen to us. Maybe something (or nothing) makes you angry, sad or disappointed (失望的). When you are unhappy, you should do something about it. Here are some ways to help you
    do with a bad day.
    ◆Tell others
    You usually try to keep you bad mood (心情) a secret and put on your happy mask. In fact, you
    can tell your friends about it. Maybe they will help you and make you feel better.
    ◆Remember the good things
    When you're in a bad mood, everything seems to be bad. Try to spend a few moments to think
    of something good -something you look forward to, a person you like at school, or something nice that
    happened these days.
    ◆Do exercise
    Doing exercise can help you get rid of (除去) bad mood, such as running, swimming and playing
    ballgames.
    ◆Take some quiet time
    If you're having a really bad day, take a shower, close your eyes, and then sit or lie on your bed
    quietly. Have a rest with the light music.
