Nowadays, being a teacher is a difficult yet rewarding job. Not everyone is suited for teaching. Aside
from having love for working with children, teaching is a career like no other.
An effective teacher is not only the master of his/her subject area, but also an educator with the strong
emotional backbone. Daily, the teacher communicates with students from different backgrounds, with
different learning skills, and with different emotions.
The teacher will set high expectations of all students and never give up the underachievers. The teacher will always be available to students whether it's before classes begin or after school. He/She will also have additional work for students need extra assistance in learning the subject.
