Where to go this holiday season
September 27 was World Travel Day.  Every year, people celebrate the fun of travelling.
Most kids don't have time to go out on that day.  But they still like to talk about their favourite
places.
Lily, a Junior 3 student said,"I want to have a walk in the desert! I'll take a camel with me.
The animal can be my good friend and help me find my way ! "
Sue, a girl from Tianjin said, "I want to go to Tibet.  The sky is so blue and the land is
green. What a nice picture it is !  I also want to try the food and drink there. "
John , a Junior 1 student in Beijing said,"I want to go to Hokkaido in Japan. There are lots of
hot springs.  I hear the monkeys there are very happy.  They can stay in the hot springs ! "
Scott, a boy from Anhui said,  " My favourite'place is Shanghai.  It is a very modern city.
There, I can make friends with people from many countries. I can also take a ride on the
maglev train. I can see how fast the train is."
