in the early days. We don't know how early people began to use money, but we know some things were used
as money thousands of years ago. In early times in some European countries, salt was very difficult to get, so
it was used as money. In some parts of Asia, people used tea as money. And in America, Indians used nuts
and other things. Maybe the most popular money of all was some kind of animal. Today, in some places cows
are still used as a kind of money.
